In order to attract the best-fit tenant for the spec suites in this architecturally-significant I.M. Pei building, the client requested two things - subtle sophistication and  flexibility.  Strong but adaptable neutrals, classic materials, and intentional, tailored patterns come together to create a pair of spec suites that easily function both side-by-side as individuals or as one large spec suite, catering to any potential tenant's need.

In order to market the space during a time when in-person tours were not possible, a set of realistic promotional renderings was produced to give potential tenants an idea of what to expect from the available spaces. These renderings were ultimately pivotal in finalizing lease agreements.
