Creating a space that simultaneously supported open collaboration and private working areas was key to the success of this co-working space, particularly in a post-pandemic world. Using a blend of Office Evolution branding and franchisee direction, the design showcases pops of color alongside adaptable furniture solutions, keeping the space both fresh and functional to meet the needs of the individual tenants in the suite.  Amenities such as a podcast room and phone rooms allow sound-controlled spaces that also create social distancing opportunities.
