As a technology defense contractor, the Vectrus team needed their new space to blend the traditional with the cutting edge in order to both maintain their professionalism for clients and provide attractive amenities for the next generation of employees. 

 

Security was key at many different levels - visual, audible, virtual, and physical - which required the coordination of multiple design "zones" for this full-floor build-out.  Color-tuned accent lights, metal mesh curtains, plant walls, and bright paint patterns help guide users to meeting and gathering spaces.  Glass-front offices with black framing provide visual access to leadership near workstations, opening the space as a whole and updating the traditional relationship between private office and open office spaces.
